      I am a citizen of Myersville MD since 1997, husband to Tammy Guenthner, father of 4 wonderful children, small business owner and believe life, liberty and personal property are rights conferred upon man  by our Creator.

      Our Federal government is out of control, abusing state and individual rights and usurping authority not granted it by the constitution.  Both major parties have failed their duty to preserve our republic and have become instruments of centralized tyranny. I am a citizen seeking office to restore Maryland’s state sovereignty and stop federal abuse of state and individual rights through nullification.  It is critical for us to realize we have the ability to stop extra-constitutional federal legislation, and the responsibility to defend individual liberty. 

       A serious attempt to correct the current threat to liberty must come from outside the “plundering class”, or politicians. The injuries to property rights through taxes, regulation and plunder now occur at such a pace that just the promise to slow them down seems like a victory. It is not a victory, it is a disgrace!
